If your luggage does not arrive, please report the delay immediately to Sunwing Airlines’ representatives in the baggage hall. If you are unable to do so while at the airport, you can submit your claim in writing within 7 days of your arrival using the following link: https://www.sunwingcares.ca/hc/en-us.
Once you have submitted your claim for lost or damaged luggage, whether at the airport or online, further steps to log your claim are not necessary. Your details are in our system and we will update you as soon as possible.
Luggage that is not located within a 30-day period is considered to be lost and you will be able to submit a claim if this happens. We will keep you up to date as we attempt to trace your luggage and advise you in good time if you should submit a lost luggage claim.
