Please report the damage immediately to the Sunwing Airlines’ representatives in the baggage hall. If you notice the damage after leaving the airport, you can submit your claim in writing within 7 days of your arrival using the following link: https://www.sunwingcares.ca/hc/en-us. You must ensure that the baggage tag is still attached for your claim to be accepted.
Once you have submitted your claim, whether at the airport or online, further steps to log your claim are not necessary. Your details are in our system and we will update you as soon as possible.
Your damaged bag and baggage tag must be available for inspection until the claim is resolved. For all other airlines, please visit their website.
