Please report the damage immediately to the Sunwing Airlines’ representatives in the baggage hall. If you notice the damage after leaving the airport, you may take your bag back to the arriving airport within 7 days of your arrival to complete a damage report with one of our airport agents. You must ensure that the baggage tag is still attached for your claim to be accepted. If you are unable to return to the airport you can submit your claim in writing within 7 days of your arrival using the following link: https://baggageclaims.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Once you have submitted your claim, whether at the airport or online, further steps to log your claim are not necessary. Your details are in our system and we will update you as soon as possible. If you have been unable to access the form you can also create a claim by emailing email@example.com.
Your damaged bag and baggage tag must be available for inspection until such time the claim has been resolved. For all other airlines, please visit their website.
