Please report the damage immediately to the Sunwing Airline’s agents located within the baggage hall. If you notice the damage after leaving the airport, you make take your bag back to the arriving airport within 7 days of your arrival to complete a Damage Report with one of our airport agents. You must ensure that the baggage tag is still attached for your claim to be accepted. If you are unable to return back to the airport, please submit your claim in writing within 7 days of your arrival to email@example.com. Your damaged bag and baggage tag must be available for inspection until such time the claim has been resolved. For all other airlines, please visit their website.
